To follow up. Tara and her junior associate in training hit it out of the park again. We listed the house and had multiple offers almost immediately.
Locked in a buyer who ultimately flaked out. This happens sometimes. But, within an hour of breaking the deal Tara had a backup buyer lined up and we were in contract again. At substantially over the ask price with both buyers. We cannot recommend Tara and her team more. She has our complete confidence and trust.
