Shawn and Tara Wills met and fell in love at UCLA.  After graduating from UCLA, with  Bachelors' Degrees,  Shawn and  Tara moved to Santa Clarita, CA. and eventually moved to Fresno in order to be close to Shawn's home town, Hanford.  As Shawn served the community as a CHP officer and community volunteer, Tara stayed home and raised their 4 kids and working various businesses.  Tara fell in love with the area and would take friends and family on tours of the local new home communities whenever possible.  In doing so, she discovered the joy of the Real Estate Business.  Not one to do anything halfway, she immediately pursued and attained her Broker's License in 2005.  After Tara worked for another broker for many years, Shawn and Tara decided to open Wills Family Real Estate in 2021, joining a small group of black owned businesses in the Fresno/Clovis area; becoming one of a few African American Realtors in Clovis and Fresno.  In 2023, Shawn earned his 

Real Estate License as well, and now works side by side with Tara.

With a focus on helping others take steps to build personal and generational wealth, Shawn and Tara's dedicated to helping as many people as possible achieve the goal of owning their own homes.  This process includes educating clients on the purchasing process, pitching in when help is needed and connecting with those that can help them position themselves to attain their goals.  Based on their personal experiences of buying and selling our homes, Shawn and Tara have decided to focus on creating a company of agents that emphasize integrity, respect, and diligence when dealing with clients.
